Returns/Exchanges
ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS
Glam’Herize Beauty & Fashion Boutique only accepts Exchanges Only for the same item in a different size. NO REFUNDS. Customers are responsible for shipping cost on all exchanges. All exchanges must meet the following criteria:
* You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and items must ship out the very next business day
* Item must be unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with all tags/labels attached
* The item IS NOT on sale
* The item IS NOT GLAM'HER EYEZ Eyelashes or an Accessory (ALL EYELASHES and ACCESSORIES ARE STRICTLY FINAL SALE)
* Customer must also pay to re-ship an order after the exchange is made
If the criteria IS NOT met, or the item is damaged you will be ineligible for a Exchange and your item will be returned back to you. If all criteria IS met within 3-5 business days your item(s) will be shipped out. NO REFUNDS.
For Out Of Stock items: We issue a refund to original form of payment used if any items on the order sell out and we are unable to replenish the item within a timely manner.
