HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to leave Glam’Herize Beauty & Fashion Boutique you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment.
Note: Receiving the first shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from Glam’Herize Beauty & Fashion Boutique.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL (Meaning No Returns, Exchanges, or Store Credit)
Glam’Herize Beauty & Fashion Boutique only accepts Exchanges Only for the same item in a different size. NO REFUNDS. Customers are responsible for shipping cost on all exchanges. All exchanges must meet the following criteria:
* You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and items must ship out the next business day
* Item must be unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with all tags/labels attached
* The item IS NOT on sale
* The item IS NOT Eyelashes or an Accessory (ALL GLAM'HER EYEZ EYELASHES and ACCESSORIES ARE STRICTLY FINAL SALE)
* Customer must also pay to re-ship an order after the exchange is made
If the criteria IS NOT met, or the item is damaged you will be ineligible for a Return/Exchange and your item will be returned back to you. If all criteria IS met within 3-5 business days your item(s) will be shipped out. NO REFUNDS.
For Out of Stock items: we issue refunds to the original form of payment used if any items on the order sell out and we are unable to replenish the item in a timely manner.

CAN I COLLECT THE ITEM(S) IN PERSON?
Local PickUp is available for Pinellas & Hillsborough County Area(ONLY). Simply select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. Once your order has been placed you will receive an email with Pickup Location information. You must contact us 12 hours in advance of pickup time. If you can not make these times or need items ASAP please mention it prior to ordering in the "Contact Us" section.
I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Should you receive an item that is damaged, please take a clear photo(s) of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo(s) to (GlamHerizeBeauty@gmail.com) along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number within 24hrs of receiving your package.
Once we receive your email, we will be in contact with you within 24-48hrs to determine the needed outcome.

CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to modify or cancel any order. No refunds, Only Exchanges can be done. All sales are final on sale items.
DO YOU RESTOCK PRODUCTS?
We do our best to restock the best sellers. Most items are restocked within 2-4 weeks depending on how soon the Manufacturer will restock. Some items will NOT be restocked again.
Why was my order cancelled?
There are several reasons why an order may have been cancelled:
-There is a delay in replenishment for item(s).
-We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.
(If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.)
Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds may take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your banking/financial institution.

If you do not receive an email from Glam'Herize Beauty & Fashion Boutique within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Sometimes the email address you may have entered might be spelled incorrectly.
